FA cars

Service here was not good. I went to view, was told I could get my deposit back if I changed my mind on the car. I changed my mind and wasn't given my deposit back, even though I was promised it back.

Absolutely shocking service and awful experience overall. Agreed to deliver a car at fixed rate, then upped the delivery price after it was delivered. Had a good look over the car after the guys left and its a state, missing petrol cap, rear bumper had been replaced and half painted with overspray all over the chrome pieces. Rear brakes drone when used at speed so now need looking at, warning light on the dash which he claimed was low petrol but stayed after filling, hasnt been serviced for 2 years and short MOT, the list goes on. Wife decided after a short drive that she didnt like the car anyway so agreed to return it (at our cost which goes against distance buying rules!) then when they turned to collect he wouldnt return the money u til the car was received. Absolute joker and rip off merchants, do business with these at your peril.
