We had an excellent experience here. Our representative Will was incredibly informative and courteous, he had a wonderful attitude and helped us understand everything in a very simple way. Top marks for customer service!

Absolutely disgusted by the service or actually no service provided by members of staff. Upon the visit no one said hello or approached us in any way . We've had a look around and there were few customers who came after us and they were taken care of first while we were blatantly ignored. I used to work in customer service for many years and never have I behaved in such an appalling way. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I have owned my Tesla for more than 4 years and I have noticed a deterioration to the service Tesla provide. I have been disappointed by the service provided to existing customers by the Park Royal Service Centre. The Superchargers have been offline since a road traffic incident in August 2022. Appreciate they may have had to persevere the scene as there was a court case ongoing but since that ended, there is still no serviceable superchargers. This severely impacts the networks charging capacity. If you need to charge in NW London, you're only options are Westfield Shepherds Bush or Brent Cross (2 SC only). Park Royal had approximately 10-12 destination chargers but when I visited a few weeks ago to use a destination charger for a short session and I noticed there now only 5 destination chargers left and all the SC are still offline. I found 1 destination charger free and was told to go elsewhere to charge by a staff member. Pretty poor service. I am glad I have the free supercharging for life as if I was a new customer who had to pay, I would have got rid of it and opted for a hybrid.
