        Currys Price Promise isnt worth the paper its printed on. Theyll pull out every excuse in the book not to have to refund you any money - even if they reduce the price of the product a few days after youve purchased it. Use Amazon instead, at least they know how to treat customer with respect and not waste their time.

        absolutely terrible customer service. I received a wrong tracking order, the expected delivery is today, and when I call them to ask for the correct order number, they ask in which year I bought the item!?!?!? they do not reply to the e-mail. customer service is very poor.

        This company DSG ltd car phone warehouse that sits in the currys pc world in Acton in London have old records of customers going back years . They are setting up small amount d/d you may not notice coming out your account.. Ive been told by the company Currys they cannot tell me who set up Their account to take money out my account under data protection ..
