The Collective Old Oak

As someone who has been living in The Collective for over 6 years, I want to appreciate Lavina's efforts at the front desk.From the very beginning, she has always been incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.Whether anyone in the community needed help with a maintenance issue, had questions about our lease, or simply wanted to chat about our issues, she was always there with a smile and a listening ear. Moreover, she has demonstrated her consistent positive attitude,helped to resolve any conflicts that have arisen, and made sure that everyone in the co-living space feels valued, heard and respected.She is truly an asset to our community and overall, I recommend living at Collective as we have wonderful and caring staff members like Lavina.

I had the chance to meet such a good people from different backgrounds here in the Collective. Also I really want to mention the sales team, specifically Mr.Abdo Dada, always so responsive and respectful; He kept me informed throughout the process of renting my place, providing updates and ensuring that everything went smoothly. so thankful for the experience that I had in Collective building.

The building was okay. The building is cleaned in the morning but can get truly easy at night due to a few uncaring residents. There are many communal things you can do should you choose to be social. The surrounding area is not nice to look at. Its a giant building site due to HS2. Bills are included which is a blessing. This is rated one star because credit control has so far failed to return my deposit to date. It has been longer than 20 working days and theyve failed to communicate with me. Ive sent a letter before court action to start the process of the return of my deposit. Due to this, their customer service gets a thumbs down from me.
