Drove 15min to this place for its opening hour of 8am however "the opening time is only for staff, for customers it's 8.30am". Poor management, they should adjust the open time to 8.30am.

If I could offer no stars I would. I work close by and would love to have subway as an option for my lunch. However, the small indian girl that works over weekday lunch times is absolutely abhorrent. I like to give people chances, as bad days come and go. The last 4 or 5 times I went in the same girl served me. She is rude and perfunctory as it is, but then building the sandwich, she just throws everything messily onto the bread. This is a problem because as soon as you unwrap to eat, it then falls apart. Now if the sandwich was built as shown in training, the sandwich will not fall apart. But I know I dont pay damn near 10 for a measly sandwich for it to fall apart and me have to put it back together myself. It angers me sooo much. I loathe this girl to no end. Might want to consider your staffing options for future boost in business.
