Service was very rubbish, workers are forced to be working and shisha was disgusting. First and last coming here. Not recommend at all

The place was a great alternative for what we had originally planned, the service was really good and the food was delicious. One waiter was quite rude but other than that I enjoyed my experience. The Shisha was quite good. However I wish they topped up our coal as it became weaker over time.

Went to this lounge this evening. It was extremely quiet, it being a Sunday. Despite the fact it was empty we had to wait a long time for our food. We werent given any napkins to clean up after ourselves. Our empty plates were left on the table for over 30 minutes while we were trying to catch a waiters attention to order shisha. The shisha also took long to come but once it came the coals were refreshed frequently. We usually never ask for service charge to be removed but on this occasion we could not justify what we were paying it for. It was very very poor hospitality on this occasion. Definitely not coming back here which is shame as my last visit ~2 years ago was very pleasant.
