Mohamad is based in South Acton and fixed a leak and faulty temperature control on two Vado showers. Although two cartridges needed replacing, he was efficient in organising the replacements. He made sure to get my approval on the estimate before ordering. I was impressed with Mohamad's tidy work and professionalism. He even fixed another problem when he was here.

Mo was really friendly and thorough - after some extensive leaking in our flat building, we needed a thorough look to identify where the leak may be coming from (it was suspected to be mine or next doors). He managed to find at least part of the leak in my flat and gave really helpful instructions on next steps He was on time, and explained everything as he went along, and he was super quick to write up a report on what he'd found and what he'd suggested, which in a multiple flat dwelling is so important. Mo had really good equipment, including a thermal imaging camera that meant we could feel secure about his findings, I'd highly recommend him with very reasonable rates given his professionalism and extensive knowledge.
