        Really bad service, needs stuff changing urgently. The lady screams on the phone for anything.

        The manager i spoke to over the phone showed the most horrendous and unprofessional customer service i have ever experienced, i was honestly shocked to find out that when i asked for her manager that she was the manager, truely immature and instantly jumped onto the defensive when i complained about the app and was asking for help, but all she wanted to reiterate was that it was my fault and not hers.
