Melrose Nursery School

We are delighted with the happy and nurturing environment provided by Melrose nursery. Two of my daughters have really thrived in this environment, with another daughter signed up to attend when she is old enough. The girls have always been happy to go in, come back with lots of stories of fun games and new songs they have learnt, and my eldest was brilliantly prepared for reception when she left. The staff are very attentive, always available to discuss any concerns, and make sure to keep a close eye on the children if they are feeling under the weather or particularly tired, etc. They have a very varied day, combining fun play time with learning, physical activity and time outside when weather permits. The children seem to have a great bond with all the key workers and staff.

Melrose Nursery School is a top nursery in the Acton Area and I would highly recommend it. My daughter attended the nursery for 2 years and had the best time ever. The staff were very professional, kind, enthusiastic, flexible and most importantly had great care for the children. They keep the children highly engaged by providing fun sports/activities all days of the week i.e. Tennis, Football, yoga and dance class (which my daughter loved and was named the dancing queen :). Also, one of the most important things I observed about the nursery is that they take 'safety of the kids' very seriously which is a huge plus for the nursery. My daughter has just started primary and is thriving very well thanks to the training she received from Melrose Nursery. I am so thankful to Mel, Rose, Damaris, Cece, Fab, Chris, Shari, Charlotte and the rest of the team for making my daughters time the best during her stay. I would highly recommend the nursery. Both of my children went to this nursery and I cannot recommend it enough to everyone! We have had the best experience. The staff are approachable, fun and positive. Behind it all is the amazing management team! I am so grateful because my kids were taught so much. This nursery provides your children with a strong educational foundation. Thank you!

Our son attended nursery here from 14 months old until last month and I can only have words of gratitude for the team. Always very caring with him, keeping us involved, sharing the activities he attended and a detailed journey of his progress. The staff is always approachable and open for conversation. The facilities at both miniMelrose and main Melrose are very clean, tidy and well equipped, and the outdoor space, including the constant use of the local park is just perfect! Will definitely recommend :)

Our little boy Charlie started at Mini Melrose and is now at Melrose and we feel so lucky to have found such an exceptional nursery. Charlie was a lockdown baby and I was a bit nervous how he would be around all of the other children and staff. Right from the settling in we were made to feel at ease and Charlie got very excited as he saw the staff at Mini Melrose in the mornings. He moved to Melrose in January and has the opportunity to be involved in so many activities and to make friends. He loves football and dancing. As a parent we have really appreciated being able to attend events at the nursery like the Christmas Fayre and Sports Day. Thank you Mel, Rose, Kelly, Damaris, Alice and all of the lovely staff! Xxx
