Italian Furniture Carpet and Flooring (IFCF)

The worst customer service I have ever had, the quality of my bed far from fair and it have been more than 2 months waiting for the rest of my bed. When they answer the phone I just hear lies and rudeness. I need my money back which was a lot, hopelessly. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Dont waste your time! No delivery everyday follow ups and different answers every time. Wants cash up front but dont know what game they play and do not deliver at all. Stay away guys

I have been using this company for years. Before they use to be really good and now it has gone down the hill. They do not answer customer calls or make arrangements properly. The are a complete waste of time. Do not buy from here!

Bad products, bad people, unprofessional, rude. I was waiting 1 month for a sofa, didn't answer at the phone in this time, and the sofa wasn't what i ordered. They are lying with everything: quality of the products, delivery time. Do not order from them!!!! PS: one star because otherwise i couldn't post this message.

Worst customer service ever, today is the 3rd day I'm waiting for the delivery and still no sign of it. They're not answering my phone now. Everytime I called I get to hear a different story one says I can't get hold of the driver, the other says it's going to be delivered, the other one says the van is broken down it will be delivered tomorrow. If you order anything from them just remember it wont be delivered on time so don't waste your day waiting. They don't deserve one Star rating when it comes to customer service specially.
