Nightmare! Theyre completely ruined my birthday! Ive ordered the spray roses for 29th of April - today. DPD will deliver them on Tuesday 2nd of may, because this awful company didn't choose the weekend delivery service when they send the flowers ! They will not responding for email, dont pick up the phones- probably is a fake phone number. Its a big scam! Refund my money thieves and thank you for ruining my birthday!

I have been their client for awhile. Flowers are always fresh. Quite happy with service as well.

$120 subscription. Ordered large and received two small bunches , the tulips lasted 5 days max . Such bad value for money in the US ( you can buy from a shop the same for $15..) and they last longer. Strongly suggest not to buy and swap subscriptions

Initially had an issue with delivery - a completely wrong bouquet was delivered on my friend's birthday. this was very frustrating as the surprise was ruined. however, customer service has been responsive, quickly addressed the issue, refunded the order and will redeliver the correct bouquet. special thanks to Andrea for assistance and quick responses.
