Poor customer service , I have sent back 4 polos , they refunded 3 and one lost during the post and they havent paid me back yet

Extremely poor customer service you try to sort problem out with the on line and all you get back is the very basic reply on every single question so you try call on the phone and just get no where as no one answered the phone it really is no worth buy from this company on line as it is far to difficult to sort out problem when thay come along would not recommend at all very very bad service

Tried several numbers including HQ to speak to someone about an issue with our order. No pick up on any lines. No phone numbers on invoice sheet. Internet questions site just refers you to FAQs. They are quick to take your money but zero out of ten for customer care. Come on Jack Wills, you can't treat customers like this.
