Not ideal - they text the recipient saying "your flowers will be delivered today" - ruining the surprise. They were already letterbox flowers.

They scheduled the delivery at lunch time 12-1pm, despite me placing the order the morning of the day before and asking for it to be delivered in the morning. The website is confusing and ended up placing my name in the Delivery Address instead of my girlfriend's, and this could not be amended. Customer service was useless as they replied at 6.30pm to my email in the morning, saying the order was already placed so they could not help. I have tried other flower delivery companies in London and never had these issues.

I got some flowers delivered today as a lovely suprise - the box was damaged on arrival and the flowers inside were very underwhelming - the roses were browning already and the sun flowers were bent over and closed - ive put them in the sun hoping to revived the but no good - god knows how much the sender paid for them but I sincerely hope it wasn't much

Fantastic customer service when ordering multiple bouquets for our wedding centrepieces. The flowers arrived in good time, beautifully packaged, and we're absolutely stunning. The colours were vibrant and they've lasted really well. Very happy also to support a company with such ethical credentials.
