They obviously get tired of people going in to use evri there, but the amount of times its conveniently gone down makes you wish they werent your local store. Probably worth going to another store just so you know that you can take your returns there reliably.

When half of your footfall consists of Asos returns, I'd strongly advise not killing the one guaranteed source of people into your shop. The 1st time you say your system is down, maybe it's the believable, the 2nd, less so. Next time you wonder why everyone's going to Tesco and not to your shop, maybe think about providing at least a 2/10 customer service.
