We specified Lazenby on a new-build house in Derbyshire. Their quality and finish is second to none and were able to accommodate various bespoke details, including stairs, shadow gaps and external landscape elements. They worked with us to incorporate feature joints to tie with the interior architecture. The concrete floor hugely contributes to the success of the building and the non-directional nature of the floor ties the open-plan living spaces together. The decision to install a single and continuous polished concert floor is not a decision one should take lightly. The effect when installed correctly, is simply outstanding. If later on, you have a problem and need to alter or dig it up, then you must bring back the original installers as this can be extremely tricky. Having done just that after four years of my original floor being laid, I am full of praise for the team at Lazenby. Notwithstanding the colour match will never be perfect, the result of this remedial work, as with the original installation, has been outstanding.
