Went to Dacia Staples Corner this morning to discuss placing an order for an automatic Dacia Duster. I have been driving with gears for 30 years but my wife wants an automatic. I was served fantastically well by Omar Sabir. He helped me choose my new car that served my familys needs. He was ultra attentive, informative and showed and demonstrated a model with automatic transmission so that I could familiarise myself with the specifics. He did his very best to get a good deal for my existing car and was superb in every manner. Omar without a doubt is a credit to the Renault/Dacia company. I would highly recommend Staples Corner dealership to my friends and family 5 star service

Great service from start to finish collected car at 8.30am. A Lovely lady Mishma called throughout day to keep me updated, advised a new part may be necessary but was not pushy. Car arrived back by lovely gentlemen nice and clean !

I took my family SUV for its first service to Dacia London West. Mustafa was very prompt in arranging an courtesy car and provided excellent customer service. He was very polite and honest during the whole process. I also met James from Sales department, who sold the vehicle to me last year. He is also amazing in his work and always carries a happy smile. Well done boys.
