I had a very good experience when purchasing my first Renault car. My dealer, Omar, was communicative and understanding throughout the process. Luckily he was also able to provide me with short and long term advise on how to best enjoy my first car experience. Update - unfortunately they failed to inform me that the electronic closing mirrors were not installed even though I paid the full package, such a shame. I changed my review to 1 star instead

Much better than my last service with my electric car of 22k.This car relatively more up to date it is a 70 model GT. Zoe. I was treated with respect this time. Last year I did not feel listened to when asking if my car had been charged or why was it not washed at all? I live a long way from this Renault garage, charging is important to me just after a service usually driving home from somewhere strange in the dark and with servicing usually having to take a train home and in between the services. I just wish I was allowed to use a Renault Dealership closer to home for my brought for services with the car.
