        In my desperation for a boiler this cold winter, I contacted my local Lords, who, although couldn't directly supply me with a boiler checked other branches, sourced and delivered exactly when they said they would. Many huge thanks to the ladies on reception, to Tommy at Beaconsfied for making calls on my behalf, to Akhtar at Ladbrooke Grove for securing a boiler and to Steve, the jolliest delivery man in the world. Sincere thanks to you all for your help and support throughout. (Just hope the plumber is as reliable.)

        I've shopped here several times during my property refurb. Really nice and helpful people. Always with a smile. I've shopped online and they were very responsive over the phone and emails. I've also shopped at the Ladbroke Grove branch and everyone has been super nice and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
