Dishonest and deceptive. They will first quote you a unit price Inc VAT. But when offering a discount they sneakily make their price sound cheaper by discussing only the net amount and you'll find out they've added the VAT to your invoice and try to hand the paper to you only after you've paid. While in conversation they will stop talking to you and answer their phone calls while you stand around and wait for them to be ready. I've had better service at my GP reception and those lot are miserable souls.

Worst communicators in the industry , stuff can be very rude , they have an I don't care attitude , they tend to take forever to respond .I use them when stranded only even though they have more variety than some of our suppliers
