Ordered a valentines box. For it still not to have arrived by the 18th. The Tracking number they gave me wasn't even delivered in my county. And no-one replys to email Still haven't got my purchase or a refund

Ordered a valentines treat boxon the 29th January still not received by the 17th February and not happy rang them up to ask where it was as tracking says still at post office somewhere? they said they would send one out straight away now the 21st February and still not received it don't ever order from this place its absolutely rubbish

Absolutely awful company. I have been asking for a full refund since 17th December 2022 and no reply to emails, messages or texts. No one ever picks up the phone either as it just goes onto answer phone. How convenient for them. If I could give zero stars I would have. 23rd January 2023. Sam no you did not reply to any of my emails and the review was on here before Greg rang me to sort things out so please don't make lies up saying you replied to emails as I'm still waiting for replies to them? Not only did I email, but I replied to a text sent to me that no one replied to, 2 messenger messages and further emails that were not linked to the original emails so don't lie. Yes I got sent a package which had the wrong box in it and another biscuit box that couldn't be used as a present as the bags were split in it. I did get a refund but it took a long time and according to Greg that should have been done before when I emailed asking for a refund. Then on the 15th January 2023 I got sent an email saying that my shipment was on its way. Where is it then? I'm guessing that was sent by mistake?
