Rooms are big for student studios, but they are moldy, the windows dont open meaning no fresh air, and you cannot control the temperature of the room. Maintenance never comes after putting in a request or calling reception. I have had people come into my apartment unannounced claiming they needed to check my water pressure but I was not emailed 24 hours ahead of time. Washers and dryers dont work and are overpriced. Reception is sometimes rude and make comments that are unneeded and frankly inappropriate. The area is desolate and 15 mins away from anything besides a tesco express, sainsburys, and a few fast food restaurants. I dont recommend staying here its not worth the price.
