Rehearsal Rooms

This company is a scam!!!! I helped my grandmother look for somewhere to move into. After finding rehearsal rooms, I paid the GBP400 holding deposit, and started the vetting process. I tried calling, emailing them and even visiting them daily for months on end but they suddenly disappeared and never bothered to even notify us about the holding deposit!!!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!

I highly recommend living at Rehearsal Rooms. The management team are just excellent, the flats are modern and the communal areas are great. If you have any issue you can always have it resolved quickly by the management team. I have been living here for 5 years and I don't have any complain.

Been living here since 2019 and things have improved tenfold since the last management change last year. Always attentive, responding to criticism in a constructive way, helpful, accommodating, and quick to provide answers to whatever issue we are having in our flat. Maintenance is made by someone on site, who is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in explaining things that we don't understand in our flat, if requested. I feel safe in living here and leaving my vehicle in the parking. Communal areas are available outdoors, a rooftop and an indoors lounge with internet, which was a godsend for work during those first days when the flat's internet contract wasn't active yet. When working from home, sometimes I go there to change my view a bit. Also great place for pets, with lots of dog and cat owners ready to help each another. Overall, it is a nice place to live in, with great connections to central London and a Sainsbury's Local next door and a Tesco Express across the road. For a higher volume of shopping, there's a big ASDA a short 10 minutes walk away.

Rehearsal Rooms is not only a flat, personally I think its a very practical living space. They have staff on site 24 hours a day, this is a security that I cant fault. My partner works nights so for me and my children this added security is amazing. The facilities are excellent for entertaining guests. We have had roof top terrace bbqs with private access to a lounge. This was perfect as my home can stay private and we can still entertain guests. The transport links are amazing as we live literally a 3 minute walk to the central line and there are parking in surrounding areas. Maintenance is on site so issues can be sorted quite prompt. Some issues but Salman is so helpful and a constant support that nothing stays an issues for long: Salman is an asset to Rehearsal rooms as he is so polite and our children have really taken to him. The flat is spacious with amazing built in storage. No major complaints. Staff and facilities 10/10 just usual issues with renting in London.
