KBM Training & Recruitment

I have completed KBM practical training in Park Royal. I did not have any accountency training or knowlege before. First of all I strongly advise for everyone to start with some AAT training to get some knowledge about basic concepts. When I started practical training I had no clue what I was doing . Practical training cover some theory however its basic and not enough. We were working on customers files , and there was learning portal with short videos and documents to practise. Unfortunately you are NOT able to practise at home , which was annoying , as we are using customers files and they are confidential. You are NOT able to access any of the tutorial videos at home as well . They are tutors in the class all the time to explain individually if needed. They are very helpful indeed. You had an objectives at the end of each Company , for me there was not enough supervision if this is done correctly and lots of question , I found was not covered . I do not feel comfortable to constantly ask for explanation , So that could be improved with more tutorials online. I done as well AAT level 2 and Level 3 online .Tutor was very good, so I passed exams without any problem. KBM offer Job and CV preparation , which was fine . I had Mock interview , which was great and helped me with a new job . Regarding finding a job - I was relying on myself , not sure why they are advertising job placement really .. I do recommend Kbm .

be carefully this company. their intention is all about money. they give me fake promise once I had registered and took one day induction then I was not happy the course then they told me no refund you have to keep paying monthly 90 for one year without getting nothing. Ivan possible for charging me cancellation fee because its not been provided what I have signed.
