Called in to enquire about a prescription. Stood in queue for 15 minutes, told to sit and did for another 20 minutes. They forgot I was there, then told they had my prescription .Then told to come back later, then tomorrow afternoon. Underwhelmed, and tired am I. The worst bit is the fact that having been told to wait they forgot I was to there .

Not enough staff, products, no wheelchair access, chemist doesn't have enough medication to fulfil the prescription so you have to go back and a high percentage of having to join another long queue in all weather's. The town is getting bigger but only one under staff chemist in town.

Staff friendly enough but half the time when I go for a prescription they don't have the stuff in stock. Not good enough

I cannot compliment the staff in this branch highly enough. They deal patiently with each customer, especially elderly ones, kindly and gently, even when there is a long queue. A tough job that they are doing so well.
