Burn Hall Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Another lovely 2 night stay. Staff are always really nice from reception to bar and serving staff. The food is always amazing in the Restaurant of an evening but the hot breakfast is just average at best, there is also plenty of other choice with cereals, fruit, toast and yogurt. The rooms are fine apart from one complaint, there was a spring jutting out at the side of the bed and unfortunately it scratched the top of my leg which was quite painful!! This happened on the second night and I reported this on checking out.

Visited on a Groupon offer but would be happy to pay full price Staff: Absolutely lovely. Couldn't do enough for you, very welcoming and approachable Room: Great size room, very comfy bed, had everything you need Food: High quality and reasonably priced. Generous portions and good variety to choose from. We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend

Stayed a week at Burn Hall while on a training course at the adjacent training centre. Food and beer are excellent. Staff work incredibly hard and are also a credit to the Hotel. One thing to bear in mind : If you need to work or study in your room in the evening the desk is a good size but the lighting is very poor. I did ask reception for a second desk lamp but it didn't turn up.
