Millfield Surgery

Reception staff are SO rude, called up for an appointment at 8:30 on December 22nd and after describing my symptoms the lady said and I quote 'and you've left this for four days? I don't beleive that at all' and essentially insinuated I was exaggerating my symptoms to get seen quicker. Due to the ongoing NHS crisis with shortages, I have waited to try and treat myself before going to the doctor as a last resort so that I don't take appointments from others who need it. The doctors and nurses are great, got seen that day and diagnosed and treated, severely let down by the reception staff who made me feel like I was wasting their time or making it up and very much upset me when I am very poorly.

Really greatful how speedily I got seen to. Had 2 phone calls within the hour. Processed really quickly as a new patient. Very kind nurses and genuine Doctor. Very thankful.

I feel I have been very well served by this surgery for a variety of conditions over the past few years. I have had an excellent experience with Doctors, Nurses and receptionists with only a few minor hiccups.Thankyou.

I left an online consultation after returning from a holiday quite poorly , I was added to the triage system a telephone call made by a very caring nurse and a prescription made . I was treated with great care and compassion really couldnt ask for more . Excellent service thanks so much .
