        Using 111 i was given an emergency appointment with this Dentist. The receptionist called and we had a chat about what i may need. She was so understanding, and she made me feel like i really mattered to them. She squeezed me in that very afternoon with Donn the dentist. Its hard to sum up just how much i appreciate Donn. He made me feel so at ease, listen to me nervously rabbiting on and never seemed to want to hurry me. Its been a long time since i visited a dentist and Donn has undone many years of needless worry. So professional, so calm and understanding. Trust in your dentist is paramount, and in such a short time i felt such a high level of trust.
