York Blinds

After exchanging a few emails, I had to chase them - wait for it - to place my order. For over a week, I tried both emails and voicemails, but they would never get back to me. There are plenty of similar local providers in the York area, look somewhere else if you want one that care about customers.

I was very impressed with the service and also the presentation. There was plenty of choice and I was helped when making my decision to what would be the best for my requirements. I would recommend.

I have visited this shop twice and made at least 3 phone calls and yesterday I was expecting a visit to measure up for blinds, no one turned up and I have not yet received a reply to all my phone calls. I wanted to support a local business but to me there is no reason not to inform a customer if you can't attend an appointment, good manners cost nothing. I have found out today that a few people have had the same problem. So I would not recommend this company.
