        Called having got a snapped gear cable when cycljng through.and in the area.... Couldn't have been more helpful. Stopped current job and looked to help. Thank you.

        helpful and friendly service. I have called twice now with mechanical issues and the staff were fantastic in trying to resolve my issues and coming to the aid of a cyclist in distress!. Sadly neither issue was a quick fix and with living 25miles away I couldnt really leave my bike ...so I cannot speak with first hand experience of workmanship I have no doubt they will do a great job. And so fully recommend

        really helpful came in with two flats not knowing what was wrong or how to fix the issues was there all of 15 minuets but left knowing a lot more and the necessary items to remedy the issue. very reasonably priced compared to online stores and very helpful
