        We found a hair in the nova wings. Also missing parts of the order and wrong drink. Second time about missing parts of the order. Will not be ordering again.

        Waited an hour and half which is no problem but order was wrong. Was charged extra for upgrading to large meals and spiral fries and ordered one diet Pepsi and one ordinary. Fries weren't upgraded meals were not large and didn't get diet Pepsi. They must just look at an order and decide for you what you can and can't have.. also the worst part of this experience is the LARGE STRAND OF HAIR in the chicken... I'd rather starve thanks

        Disgusting over priced food which was cheap produce and either under cooked or burnt. Dough balls dripping in grease. Pizza had a human hair in. Garlic sauce was practically non existent due to there being a large pot with a tea spoon worth in. Was told wait time was 40 mins to an hour, waited over an hour and half for 20 worth of food to be thrown in the bin! If I could rate 0 or minus I would

        Best takeaway the chicken is fresh and is lovely and burgers are lush too love the buffalo burger and the Royal burger and dough balls omg are delicious. Also the new pizzas there do there are delicious. would highly recommend this takeaway to anyone and if you've got an issue with your order the lovely and helpful staff are always happy to help
