I just wanted to say Thankyou for all your help with the delayed megabus (21:40) on Friday. Due to the 2hr delay I ended up having to get picked up so I could go home and drive down (as I wouldnt have arrived in time for my flight if I had waited for the coach) but I really appreciated all your help and communication with the situation. I passed on your info to the others waiting for the bus before I left which I think they appreciated too. Excellent customer service from your company on the behalf of megabus (from who we heard nothing!) Thanks again

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are covering Megabus journeys and when the coach is two hours late they just hang the phone up on you and tell you to call Megabus however Megabus tells to call Snowdon Coaches as they are the only ones that have access to the tracker to check where the coach is.
