I came to Gini with a painful shoulder and back injury. After really taking the time to understand what was causing the pain she was able to formulate a programme of massage and home exercises to get me back on track. So first off, a huge thank you!! Secondly I would recommend to anyone suffering anything similar.

I recently had my second session with Gini. She is so lovely and makes me feel comfortable. I have trigger point knots in my back and have felt a lot of relief already.

I have been several times now for problems with my knees. Gini is professional and knowledgeable. She has helped me understand what is happening with my knees and given me exercises to help. Also, the hands on therapy and massage always make my knees feel better. I find the hour with Gini very relaxing and reassuring and I feel great for the rest of the day. Thank you.

I went to see Gini at Back2Relief initially, as I was having neck and shoulder issues. Straight away it was clear to see Gini knows her profession very well. She made me relaxed and comfortable, all the while explaining what she was doing, and how it would help my condition. After a few sessions, I was back feeling fantastic again. Unfortunately, I hurt my lower back recently, but the good news is that Gini is already well underway to fixing that for me. It's never nice having back issues, but I look forward to seeing Gini, as she is a lovely person, and excellent at her job Thoroughly recommended
