        I've been practicing yoga with MA&Y for the last year and I'm hooked. The instructors are incredibly helpful and have transformed me into a real yogi! Highly recommended to anyone in the area who can spare at least 1 hour a week.

        A really lovely yoga studio. Gaia, Nora and the team really go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome and their needs are met - they encourage but never pressure. As a more-or-less novice, I also found from the start that the instructors were very good at describing the positions so I wasn't always craning my neck. Flexibility and class time options are great too. I've never stuck at a yoga class for anywhere near as long!
