        Horrible experience. Would never use them again. Super unpredictable delivery times. Terrible customer service. Refunds don't really work. They give you "credit" instead and then charge two fold for the "delivery" when trying to claim it. I'd say, stay away.

        Products are great, customer service disaster, non English speaking staff who puts you on hold forever... And I am a regular customer.. Very sad as wonderful selection of water

        Having been on the lookout for some nice natural sparkling water I found AquaAmore and out an order in for Chateldon water. The offering on the website and customer service is great. I had some major issues with UPS though but this was beyond their problem. So far happy with the water and will order more in the future.
