Diabolical customer service. No confirmation email DX Delivery have never received my product No response to email Drop all customer service phone calls after 30 minutes on hold They did however manage to take the money for the products from my account. Ill be spending my money elsewhere in future! When I get it back!

Waited 10 days for a product that was dispatched to arrive for a relatives birthday present. Called up and was advised the item was lost in transit and theyre now out of stock and cant replace it. When was crew going to tell me about this? Wheres my item? Got asked if I wanted a refund on the phone and that was it... really poor show from a company that is very quickly going downhill. In todays climate you would think they would want their customers now more then ever.
