I had a truly wonderful piercing experience with the true professional that is Alex. Firstly, Vibrant Ink is a very welcoming and bright place, very polite and helpful on the phone and very respectful and friendly in person. I had gone to another piercing shop that had truly put me off piercings in general with how badly I was treated with no aftercare advice. I took a chance to ring Vibrant Ink on the phone and received kindness and information from Mark that really helped my piercing. Then I met Alex in person who gave me advice that was helpful and reassuring. I wasn't happy with my piercing from the other shop, so Alex helped me. My piercing was done with accuracy, Alex looked carefully at my face to see what position the piercing would suit my face and he was very hygienic, kind, patient and reassuring. Definitely the best piercing experience I've had and I had plenty of piercings in other places. I truly appreciate the aftercare advice as I hadn't been given any in the other shop and I was treated very kindly which brightened up my whole day. Vibrant Ink is a genuine place with professional artists working here, all kind, all respectful and responsible. This shop is highly recommended and you can see that from all the other people who leave great reviews just like myself! Thank you

Super happy with the outcome! Very clean and professional work, great atmosphere and very lovely people. I had to come back after a few days after I had my nose pierced because it had been fallen out and I struggled putting it back in, so they kindly did it for me without charging me anything. 10/10 recommendation - definitely would come back again!! I definitely recommend this studio, from the moment I walked in all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The booking before mine ran slightly over but they were so apologetic. I feel it's better to not rush a tattoo so I completely understood why it ran over. I was offered a beverage while I waited, music in the studio was great. When it came to my piercing, the artist (can't remember his name which is a pity) was absolutely phenomenal. He took his time to ensure the piercing was uniformed. I initially went in for a double lobe piercing on each side but I was advised against it because there would be too much trauma to the ear which might affect the healing process. I really appreciated the advise. Before piercing he showed me the bar which would be used but I didn't like the ball so he change it for smaller prettier ones .Before piercing he asked if I was happy with the placement and made changes accordingly. The piercing was relatively pain free and in the end he took time to tighten the ball onto the bar and explain the aftercare treatment. He also gave me a free piercing because I had waited a little while for him to finish the tattoo. I really didn't mind because it just showed the care and professionalism he takes with all his clients but appreciate it nonetheless. I will definitely be going back for my next piercings.
