Absolutely awful service and the people behind the counter are extremely rude. My partner tried to pick up a parcel for me because I am unwell. He had all the details. They even had my phone number but they were extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. Im not happy I am putting a formal complaint in

Super rude cashier. I tried to smile and say how are you and she just stood there staring at me. I asked about Evri shipping and she just said label and nothing else. Just really unhelpful and unfriendly

Indian lady charged me more money while i was struggling to pay with change. She should refund.

A few weeks ago they were closed in the mornings for staff shortages, tonight there was a handwritten notice on the door saying they're closed from 2030 due to maintenance works. They're range and availability of products is sketchy to say the least too.
