Vanguard carried out the complete refurbishment of my parents bathroom and kitchen a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier with the service they provided. I contacted Vanguard about a damp issue I had back in April to see if they can come and have a look at the issue. The appointment was set up within 48 hours and I had a report within the first few days identifying the works needed. Once I placed the instructions to go ahead, I worked with the Operations Manager to get things moving along. Vanguard have been a pleasure to work with. They communicate in a timely manner and there's always someone at hand to answer questions should you have any. Happy with the service received.

Vanguard property services were brilliant! My boyfriend and I decided to completely refurbish our bathroom. As it was our first renovation we had the normal nerves, but Vanguard made it pain free. With a clear and detailed quote from the outset and a project manager that was always one phone call away for any updates or questions, we couldnt have asked for more! Its now our favourite room in the house.
