I sought Rachel out because of persistent post-natal lower back pain. Any movement I did do would cause it to flare up and I got to a place where I was afraid to do any exercise for fear of being in pain. I've seen Rachel once a week for about 4 months now and in that time have seen such an improvement! I am now able to move more freely, do the kind of exercise I used to enjoy before pregnancy, play with the children without residual pain - it's really remarkable. If you've got any issues that are the result of pregnancy or childbirth, I'd urge you to see Rachel - she is so knowledgable about anatomy and movement, and makes adjustments on a personal level that clearly work to make big improvements. The amount of support she's given me with my physical recovery has been amazing and the results speak for themselves - to be able to enjoy movement again is basically priceless

Rachel is such a lovely person and her knowledge is vast. I came to see her after having 3 children and still suffering with core and pelvic floor issues and she has helped me so much. She has given me amazing exercises to try that I havent been given before so I would highly recommend her!

Rachel Prices' Re|Born Postpartum Method 12 week course has been life changing for me. Before the course began I had been told by a physio that due to my prolapse and DR I should never run again, and avoid picking up my kids whenever possible. I felt broken, emotionally and physically. After speaking to Rachel I felt there was hope, a chance that I might one day go back to doing the things I love. There is no easy fix, no magic wand, it is 12 weeks of hard work, commitment, and focus; it is also fun, uplifting, and made me feel part of a community of people going through similar struggles. I feel stronger mentally and physically. Yes my prolapse is still there, but my symptoms are greatly reduced, I'm lifting heavier weights that I ever did pre-babies, and I feel like I recognise the person in the mirror again. As a coach Rachel is a good mixture of no nonsense focus and drive, as well as being positive, uplifting and approachable. I'm so grateful to her and her Portpartum course, and am looking forward to continuing to work with her in some capacity going forward.

Rachel's 12-week ReBorn Method programme has played a fundamental role in my postpartum healing journey, both on a physical and emotional level. She was able to support me and my individual needs - going above and beyond - every step of the way. She even liaised with my Women's Health physio to make sure the individual exercises she prescribed for me complemented but differed from those of my physio. I loved the progressive approach of the programme with options to scale up or down depending on how I was feeling and my symptoms. As someone who suffered a prolapse I was very scared to add weights into my training, but with Rachel's help and incredible knowledge, we were able to address my breathing to ensure I wasn't "bearing down" as I moved. I started with 2kg weights and by the final weeks I was comfortably lifting 7.5kg (even 15kg when working with both weights) without symptoms or fear. If you're looking for someone to support you both individually and as part of a lovely community, then Rachel is your gal! She's fun, friendly, passionate, energetic, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Her programme is well thought-out, well structured, manageable and if you commit on your side, then you'll reap the results.

Really wish I had gone and seen Rachel sooner. Such a font of knowledge and has given me back my confidence with fitness postpartum and post surgery. I've also taken part in an online course with Rachel which was so useful during pregnancy, so if you can't make it out to see her in person you can still gain so much virtually.
