Enhance Fitness

An amazing community gym for people of all levels of strength/fitness. The owners and trainers are really knowledgeable, supporting with any injuries / niggles you might have, and generally making you feel very safe when training. Theyre super friendly and help you keep track of your goals too. Theres a range of classes focusing on strength and cardio, pre/post natal focus and Semi Private PT sessions. Ive been able to try lots of new things I wouldnt have on my own, like using different equipment and doing Olympic lifts. Since joining Enhance Ive been so much more accountable for / committed to my training. Thanks guys!

I still love this place! Been a member since the start and it's not only a really friendly and welcoming place, it's a great addition to the Earlsfield community. I'm loving the workouts and seeing results - the first gym membership I've actually used more than once a year!! Well done Shane and Dave for bringing such a great place to Earlsfield!
