Sold my flat though Maalems. James achieved an offer within a few weeks of the flat going on the market. The sale of the leasehold property turned out to be quite complicated, with information needed from the managing agents, freeholder, etc. James was helpful and effective in liaising between myself and my purchaser, our solicitors and the mortgage broker, to keep the transaction moving along. The fee was less than some other local agents quoted, but the service was excellent.

Our flat purchase had many stressful hurdles but James did an amazing job at supporting us along the way. He was always very quick to respond and did a lot of chasing for us which was very appreciated. We would highly recommend Maalems.
