        I just wanted to give a special mention to Colville Crawford who answered my call on Saturday when I noticed a broken pipe and leaking water in my wall. Colville was highly professional and also went above and beyond to help me see what the problem was and offered to video call to give me the confidence to smash through some dry wall to achieve a temporary fix (to prevent major water damage) until he could schedule a visit. This was a wonderful example of excellent customer service and meant that I felt confident booking justservicegroup to come and fix the problem. The guy who came to fix the problem was also on time and efficient. He also came with parts already in his van which was a huge help and is rare in this day and age! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
