It Seems L&Q standards has dropped massively? I remember the good old days L&Q use to really look after their housing, our close marking bays use to be numbered, all maintenance work would be completed and they use to maintain our front gardens.... Then one day it all stopped? Now in 2022, you will be lucky just to see someone go round the close with a leaf blower, and that might just be the council? There is fly tipping in the close, emailed them a year ago regarding these issues and they only email me back now (after having to constantly email them) the usual reply you would expect, that they will pass it onto area manager... Who is area manager and where are they? Swept under the carpet yet again! No change there (fly tip remains) I am the close cleaner and I don't even get paid for it!!! I go out into my close and personaly litter pick myself. I should not have to do that. I'm a mother of an autistic child, I should not have to be out cleaning my close. You don't really hear from L&Q anymore, unless you are behind in rent that it. They have now cut back and do not complete maintenance work on certain issues. You are expected to do these maintenance work yourself. If I wanted to pay for maintenance work, I would have bought my own home, which I cannot afford hence why I am living in a housing association! Come on L&Q, Where's that good old spirit gone (stop being a scrooge) By the way, was working together their motto? Think they will have to change that now.

My experiences, with this company have been hard work. Unhelpful staff problems, with insurance claims. I couldn't give them no stars so one will do. I don't think they will ever change. Started as, a housing association but then became property developers. So all their residents shared owners, and tenants get left behind
