Such a unique place for fitness - a real community spirit with women supporting and encouraging other women. Siobhan - the owner - is phenomenal. She creates classes and workouts for every body shape and mindset. She understands womens bodies and knows how to get maximum results. She really knows her stuff and I cant recommend the place enough.

Wish there were cheaper options for womens only gyms/classes like this - 70 pounds a month here compared to 15 pounds at chains like the gymgroup

This has been an absolute godsend since I went from a physical job to working from home. The classes are pretty hard core but you leave really feeling like you have worked out. The community is amazing. The trainers are great. It also is a very safe space for all women. Cant recommend enough.

I've been so impressed with Beattitude. It's an extremely friendly, non-judgemental and supportive environment with a good variety of small classes (never more than 12) and flexible joining options. I'd done very little strength training until I joined three months ago and so I started with barely any weights as I improved my fitness and got used to the exercises. Emma and Emily, in particular, have been brilliant, helping me with alternative exercises when I'm struggling and just being there to provide encouragement. I've made so much progress and feel much stronger and fitter because of it. Highly recommend.
