        Today's visit in the practice would have been a good experience but was not because of the receptionist whose approach to me was unacceptable, I do not expect her to like me but she should be polite and kind,apparently she can't acknowledge that because it was not the first time that she was arrogant and rude to me.The doctor was very professional and helpfully always at Earlsfield Practice .

        I would like to give 0 but I cant. Getting worse After a while I have got an appointment at 10:20 and at 11:00 Im leaving without seeing doctor. Im gonna go to another practice. Avoid this

        Dont waste your time or put trust in the gps at this surgery . If you have any concerns regarding your health they will complete a quick google search and that will be it . Absolutely rubbish . You are better off looking up your own symptoms and avoid wasting your time with this surgery .

        Have been going to this practice for a few years and although the Doctors and Nurses may be fine, the support staff are rude, impolite, incapable and provide a generally poor experience
