The one star is because I have to give at least one star to proceed!
We went with them only because they were recommended by the Green Homes Grants. The initial specification to come through itself took 5 weeks, and it has been a further three months, and still there hasnt been any engagement with any contractors! The engineer is not reachable by phone and takes ages to respond to emails
