Very sad to say this, but this is what happened to me..."Doctor Name is: Mathew so, be aware" What would you do if you go to the Doctor, and he puts me back my broken zirconia piece, and knowing he left the broken piece very high and I point that I don't feel ok, he answers: "No problem, the piece will go down by it self" First of all I assumed he went to study to know that the broken piece won't be down, as my other teeth might get broken or can suffer, obviously this is not rocket science to know for any, but even knowing this he insisted in not fixing it, so I remained for 10 days suffering and I called them and explained my situation and none of the personal who was working there, gave a reasonable solution, so in the end when I went, he realised that most of teeth were struggling and radically suffered a horrible wear he did not want to fix the piece well, so I have to leave with this bad feeling of how porfessionalism and ethics were not in this Practice so I have called to asked them to remove me as a client, and for which **I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL PRACTICE**

AVOID DR DEEPAK and this dental group at all cost! It all started with my crown coming off, so I had it glued back with this dental practice group around May 2022. Few weeks later, it came off again. Very frustrating as It cost me 24+ (NHS booking) So I decided that next time, I will book a general dental check up and get a professional evaluation so that I dont go back and forth paying for temporary fixes. I was recommended to get one of my tooth either taken off or received a root canal therapy, I also had a general cleaning and my crown was FINALLY been glued back on which he said should now stick for longer. General cleaning was 60+? (Cant fully remember) Few weeks later, I followed up on the other tooth and got a root canal therapy, which btw really hurt as the dentist started drilling and killing my nerve when the anaesthetic was not fully working yet. But the dentist temporarily covered the hole, which was a relief. (Hole is now open, which I expected as it was covered by a temporary cement mixture) After this operation which costs me 60-80, I was given the choice of either covering it fully with a proper crown or get it taken off. At the time I was struggling with money and time due to inflation, higher living cost and focusing on finding a new job so I can pay my rents as I live in the UK alone. So I decided to skip my maintenance check up with my dentist. As he was charging me 400-500 for the full new crown on the other tooth that he has performed a root canal with. Going back to my glued crown that I said where it all started. It came off again after 3-4months. So recently April 2023 I finally came back so I can get it glued back on again (been 4-5 months not having the crown on) When I got there the dentist threatened me to remove me from discounted NHS booking, called me a kid for not following up on my maintenance (which was in my defence was because of money issues and difficulties of finding a new job at that time) and he said that he will charge me 100+ next time I come in just to get my crown glued up. He still performed in gluing my crown back for 24+ but it hasnt been ONE DAY and it CAME OFF again. Now I got my name on their system with a note saying Next time this patient comes to get his crown glued back, he will not be charged with discounted NHS booking but instead will need to pay 120 I know this because he was saying it out-loud whilst typing it when I was seating down on their dental chair before he glued my crown back. I find this very greedy and not understanding of peoples struggle to pay rent, cost of living and still have the luxury to atleast get their crown glued up or have a choice in what they can and cannot do with their teeth at certain situations. And if its the actual price, i wish he professionally explained it instead of saying it out loud in front of his assistant and a shadowing dentist. Please if someone sees this review, avoid this dental group. Greedy, rude and have no human touch to understanding peoples lives and situations. On top of that very unprofessional and horrible at taking care of patient during procedures.
