Sandra is so friendly and was a pleasure to work with when creating my bespoke flower crown for my wedding day! I live in Canada and we had a couple of video chats. I truly enjoyed the process and she was able to create something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. It arrived on time in a beautiful box, and fit perfectly. The piece was so light, it didnt feel like I was wearing anything on my head. My groom loved it and am so thankful for Sandra!

I want to say a massive thank you again for making the most beautiful and magical flower crown I have ever seen, for our South African elephant elopement. It was exactly what I dreamt of and more! Sandra is a delight to work with and she has so much passion and talent. The attention to detail is just outstanding, I still remember opening it for the first time and being blown away by the colour and the magic of it!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ive never had to chase someone from start to finish and now she owes me 150 and is ignoring my emails. Back in Oct 22 I was advised by Sandra to order x2 headbands so to see which I prefer. She said that I could return the one I dont want for a refund. I ordered x2 headbands 29th Oct. I had to chase Sandra 3 times as I heard nothing back and the 6 week dispatch period she advertises on her website had been and gone. Sandra eventually emailed me back in Dec 22 saying she missed the order. I didnt receive the items until 6th Jan 23. On 8th Feb I returned one of the headbands (worth 150) via tracked delivery. Sandra has confirmed in an email that she received it but made no mention of refunding me. I asked if she needed my bank details, she said yes and I provided them. Its been 37 days 8 emails later but I have had nothing back from Sandra. DO NOT use this company unless you want to tirelessly chase someone for months in order to receive goods youve paid for. I should have known a refund was unlikely judging by the customer service Id already received and I should have just sold it on to make some money back. Now Im down an item Ive paid for & have had money essentially stolen from me. This should not be allowed to happen to customers and Ill be seeking legal advice.

Sandra made the most wonderful flower pins for my upcoming wedding. We had a zoom call to talk about what I'd like and she was lovely and so professional. Sandra had great ideas which included slightly changing the pin style for my flower girl to make it better suited to a 9 year old. The pins smell amazing, and came in lovely boxes, cannot wait to wear them!
