This is one of the worst practices I have dealt with. They have receptionists who diagnose patients and determine if they can get an appointment over the phone, with no dedicated GP, so you get passed on from one doctor to another, if you are lucky to make it past the receptionist. Their default "go to" advisory is to call 111. Don't bother wasting your time, and register to a different practice who have and show a duty of care. I am writing this in relation to someone I know closely who has signed to another practice and had multiple tests run on them within a day due to the doctor having serious cause of concern. The contact strategy for the patient to the practice needs to be seriously reconsidered and the level of qualified front facing staff, as on reflection they clearly are not qualified to diagnose anyone over the phone. Save your self, your life and others by staying clear of this awful practice!!!

Rude and racist receptionist! I don't want to give this practice one star, but i have to in order to make a comment. The receptionist at this practice are usually nice and the doctors are good, but the one on the desk today was rude and does not care about the patients! I explained that i had tried to call as soon as the appointment phone lines opened and it cut of, so i called again only to go from being 6th in the queue to 29th. She said there's no appointments available and to book an online consultation. When i did this it said that i "cannot be assessed" in this way and to "go into surgery and see someone today". I proceeded to show the receptionist the message online and she said i should call 111 with no compassion and no care at all! I saw her give a Caucasion and Asian person appointments prior to me after they argued their case. I was polite and she kept on talking over me, but maybe because I am Black she felt to turn me away. It was disgusting the way she talked me this morning and turned me away in such an inhuman way. From her actions she seemed racist!
