        I have been a patient of Perfect Smile for many many years, today was my last visit before I move away from the area and I must admit that Perfect Smile Earlsfield has gone downhill. I don't understand why the practice needs to close for lunch when so many places don't. My appointment was right after the practice opened after lunchtime, it was chaos and felt the receptionist bordered on rudeness as the staff were going back to their jobs following lunch, which would not have happened if the practice had not closed. The personal touch has sadly gone and if I was not moving away, I would have left the practice anyway. I've been wanting to say something about how I felt for a long time, especially when at times I've waited upto 30 minutes pass my appointment time to see the dentist. I'm just sad that my last visit to this dentist practice was an upsetting one and an apology just won't do.
